I would bet that Im not alone here in wanting to get leaner and fitter ' its something that many of us would like to do, and many of us are striving for all the time.
3. Eat lightly. Ill go into more detail on this in a future post, but Ive created my own meal plan, and will be eating 4-5 times per day, about 300-400 calories per meal. Sometimes a little more. Eat when Im lightly hungry…
